Every solution is built individually. The price depends on scope, for example integrations, user roles and languages. After the pilot you get a binding fixed price.

No. We do not charge per-user licences. For AI solutions, only the model costs depend on actual usage.
No. Hosting and domain can sit with you or with us. With an operations plan, updates, security and support are taken care of.
We host in data centres within the EU and work in line with the GDPR, with a data processing agreement. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is protected by login and role-based permissions. Your data is not used to train AI models.
